Thanks for help .

Could not read reply from control connection -- timed out.
This is probably an issue related to the FTP server.
I had the same issue once because the ftp server was down. If the datacenter provides you backup space on a server with other users, then the ftp server may be overloaded or too many users use it at the same time.

As for the second issue check for any zombie proccesses and kill them and also check for blocked ports.

I see that you have a zombie proccess:
Tasks: 218 total, 17 running, 200 sleeping, 0 stopped, 1 zombie
With
Code:
[COLOR=#000000]ps -aux | grep defunct[/COLOR]
or
Code:
[COLOR=#000000]ps -el | grep 'Z'[/COLOR]
you can see all zombie proccesses.
With
Code:
[COLOR=#111111][FONT=Consolas]kill -9 4005[/FONT][/COLOR]
you can kill the zombie proccess with PID 4005.

If you have a website that uses a blocked port by the firewall, then this may cause high server load.
In this case the user funnytoy is causing the problem. You should contact that user and investigate further this issue.

OK. You have no zombie proccesses. Probably the IP of the DA server is blacklisted at the ftp server. Do you have a dedicated ftp server or backup space on a server with many users?

The PID 4005 is just an example...
The command ps -el | grep 'Z' shows you the PID of the zombie proccesses, if there are any.

Hello, I sent an email to my server provider, I look at the answer to the disk backupFTP ..
What I do not understand is that I cancel service account (Fernanda), but I still see him in the list of users for backup (in DirectAdmin)? Or files are to simply remove this account in hand, I do not understand why it always appears.
thank you

Hello, what an idiot .... backup hard drive was almost full ...
Problem solved except for the deleted account fernanda.
