Bug or feature? Overlapping domains/subdomains?

I've discovered something weird, and I'm not sure, if it's a bug or feature or maybe I'm just tired ;)

I have created a DOMAIN `blahblah.mydomain.com`.

Then I was able to create the SUBDOMAIN `blahblah` for `mydomain.com`.

In other words I have now a domain `blahblah.mydomain.com` and a subdomain `blahblah` of domain `mydomain.com`.

Is this OK?

It appears you've got it because you did it. Why did you create both?

Because I was messing around with an `autoconfig` domain/subdomain and I simply forgot I have a subdomain named `autoconfig`. I can handle this situation, no problem. But will users understand this? First I thought maybe it's a configuration problem?

It's good to know DA allows overlapping sub/domains, because from time to time I have to export/move users data (vhosts/settings) to other servers without DA, and in this case my scripts would probably overwrite exported data found in domain `abc.domain.com` with data found in subdomain `abc` of domain `domain.com`.
