Hello,

This morning (12 minutes after midnight) all accounts from a reseller of us where the passwords changed. It seems like they got suspended and a while after (couple hours) they got unsupended (everything works again). This while we allow overselling and no suspension on the accounts/reseller: Suspend at Limit OFF.

/var/log/directadmin/system.log shows that the reseller and accounts where suspend on 00:12 and unsupended at 04:25 (monthly reset)

While where they suspended anyway? It seems like they went over there monthly limit, we allow that. We hope you can provide an answer so we can avoid this in the future.

Kind regards.

“Suspend a Reseller and his Users when the Reseller goes over his Bandwidth limit.” Was indeed checked. Checked it off and next month it shouldn’t happen again I guess.
