Email going to spam folder when spamassassin is disabled

As per the subject. How is this even possible, when spamassassin is disabled for an account?

The headers even say the message is NOT detected as spam.
 
Probably you are running RBL's in Exim. Check your exim_rejectlog, good chance that the ip the email is originating from is on a blacklist.
