1) Check the /var/log/mainlog to see how the message is coming in...
Tip $5 from the id=455 guide mentions to check if the smtp-auth is being used.


2) Also shut off the da-popb4smtp, to rule that out as the sending method:

Empty the file:
/etc/virtual/pophosts


3) And check the /var/log/exim/mainlog to see exactly what the entries have to say about the sender:
1.55.154.233

4) Ensure there are no forwarders or catch-all values set to anything but :fail:.
