IPv6 AAAA records disappearing ?

I hope someone can help me with this one, it's driving me nuts

I have a multi server setup, both Ipv6 enabled and working fine.
On Server 1 I have a domain with some AAAA records.
When I do a "action=rewrite&value=named" on Server 1, the DNS records are transferred to Server 2.
No problems, everything looking fine!

Next day, Server 1 still looks good, but the AAAA records are missing on Server 2.
Doing a "action=rewrite&value=named" on Server 1, the AAAA records are back again, but somehow they disappear every night on Server 2.

Any idea what is going on, or what logs I could check? I'm clueless...

Server 2 may not IPv6 compatible templates for DNS zone file.

There are no custom templates, and the default named.db templates look ok on both servers. They contain AAAA.
DA on both servers runnning latest version. IPv6 working on both servers.
When I change AAAA records, it's distributed to the other server fine, but the next day it's gone again on server 2.

A few days ago I recovered server 1 from a snapshot (virtual machine). Could this be a problem?
