In order to be counted as email bandwidth the mail must be in the logs. Check your /var/log/maillog file for actual pop mail logins and your /var/log/exsim/mainlog for both incoming and outgoing email.

Jef, thanks for the answer.
Asked the client to configure their mail accounts (just two) only IMAP, so since yesterday no POP login are shown in /var/log/maillog. But POP bandwidth is generating as show in bandwidth panel.
Is that be posible?BandwidthDetails.png

We are seeing simliar issues with bandwidth counts. I have seen it for both mail and pop/imap.

The numbers make no sense. The maximum message size we allow is 30MB. The DA logs show 404 emails being delivered and the bandwidth total is 2.93GB. On most days it is fine but the issue is persistant for certain customers. This started around the 1.45.0 time frame.

Do we have a definitive list of what is counted for each service?

Kevin

Have you checked your logs to see what's logging in as POP?
