Is there a way other than via ssh to quickly purge all of the email on the admin account?

At the domain level I can purge an account of all email but I do not see any way to quickly do this for the main server admin account. This is only an issue because due to a recent botched upgrade I now have about 14,000 messages in the account dealing with errors and server load. When I view messages I can only delete 50 at a time.

Why don't use Imap/POP3 then with a offline web-client on your PC such as Windows Mail, TheBat, etc?
I already have copies of all email sent to admin copied to a gmail account. I just want to delete the 15,000 messages that are on the server.

You can always purge a folder in a mail programm via POP3/IMAP. Probably webmail will allow to do the same.

Where are the emails for the admin account stored? There is no /home/admin/imap and the Maildir folder for admin is empty.

That should be either /home/admin/Maildir/ or /var/spool/mail/admin depending on your settings.
