when installing a new DA server you have 4 option at installation time for CB various options.
the problem is that you really have to choose one of these 4 options in order to actually get DA being installed and then set your options.conf file to match your requirements (or answer all the questions right at installation time - #4) and re-run the ./build.
but when you install DA many time for many clients you probably have your "basic" and "preferred" settings already in an existing options.conf file.
so maybe, instead of having to install some sort of CB version just to finish DA installation we could add a 5th option at the installation saying something like:
