password problem after directadmin update

I did an update of directadmin.

I got the message that the update has been done and that everything is ok.

But all reseller and users are unable to connect on port 2222 to directadmin : DA says that their password is not valild.

I still can connect to DA as admin. When I change the password and put the old value, then it works.

How can I re-active all passwords ?
(I don't know the passwords as we cannot view the password, only override it)
