Yes, since CSF interact with iptables at system level for server-leve security and comodo is a set of rules for mod_security that interact with Apache/PHP/MySQL.

i am not able to use as i am using nginx / apache webserver and it is only compatible with Apache.

Comodo rules for nginx should be released this/next month, please use https://forums.comodo.com/free-modsecurity-rules-comodo-web-application-firewall-b223.0/ to get an ETA on it
