Mail not visible in POP or RoundCube

So have a new DA custom build VPS installation, after making some email addresses en testing these, i saw that sending is not a problem, but receiving.

- I can see in the logs that email has been received on the server and forwarded to the correct domain/box (so DNS etc is okay)

- I can see through the DA panel that the email box is growing in size
- SPAM box is also empty

But checking RoundCube or getting mail through POP3, the inbox remains empty.
Guessing this should be a rights issue, but can't figure out where.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Have a custom build installation, could fix this issue with;

/usr/local/diractadmin/custombuild
./build update
./build clean
./build dovecot

restart DA
./build todovecot
