Restore not listing files

So, I am able to create backups to ftp server no problem. I verified the backups are created and I see them there. However, when I use the directadmin backup/restore panel, no files are listed. I verified the user/password are correct. I don't get any errors, just no files are listed. The path is correct, and it doesn't say "no data to show". It just simply has no items in the list. This is on a brand new build.

Is there something I need to do to activate the restore? My plan is to spin up this server, and backup my old servers users, and restore them here.

I did search, but I didn't find anything. Maybe my search-fu isn't good enough.
