Spammassassin Rule

I am getting one email with the subject "Vãlium for less" which I can;t get gfiltered by SA. Any SA experts to the help?

Hi I'm not a SA expert but couldn't you add a rule in the spam filter section (not the SA section) to block email containing the subject - or if you can't get the ã in the filter then just filter out the phrase "lium for less" that should do it ?

Maybe others know a better way?
