Hi,

I got a fresh Ubuntu 64 Jessie debian 8 running. Just bought myself a lifetime license. However I get errors and errors.
It started of downloading the pre install commands that is missing libsystemd-dev, after skipping that file I got this 'exim' mail error within DA. The service 'exim' on server xxx.xxx.xx is currently down

Errors in red I got while installing:
libtool: warning: relinking 'libfs_compress.la'
libtool: warning: relinking 'lib11_trash_plugin.la'
libtool: warning: relinking 'lib95_imap_stats_plugin.la'
libtool: warning: relinking 'libstats_mail.la'
libtool: warning: relinking 'lib20_replication_plugin.la'
libtool: warning: relinking 'lib11_imap_quota_plugin.la'

I read about exim is anti spam? When I replace it with spamassassin installation will that help as workaround?

Never mind, Installed Centos now.

Would have expected fast support on a paid system like directadmin.

Exim is an MTA (Mail Transport Agent), it means it's the main software for incoming and outgoing mail, spamassassin is an antispam system.

As nielsh pointed out, this is a forum where mostly user help other users, DA Staff comes here from time to time to give some help, but the best/fastest way to get their direct support is open a ticket on the ticket system.

Regards
