Oh sorry, I thought I tested them yesterday but probably tested something else and was confused due to family issues.
Oke you could remove them and put this one in there:

or
http://vault.centos.org/5.11/addons/i386/
But maybe you don't need the mirrorlist because there is only 1 mirror left now.
Then my CentOS-Vault.repo looks like I posted before.
That should have worked, so it's very strange.

Maybe $releasever will also work, but that /centos should be removed in front of it in any case.
I got a little bit the thought that you have replace the lines instead of creating a CentOS-Vault.repo with the lines I posted, or made an incorrect copy and paste some how.
