Creator Duplicate in welcome email to admin user~~

This is normal behaviour. When you create a new user account, a welcome email is being sent to the email-address linked to the new user account and a 'Creator Duplicate' is being sent to the email-address linked to the admin account you created the new user account with.

However, what do you mean with "normal", what happens on the other servers, or how does it look there?
