Can not prevent spoof mails.

I would suggest using the spamblocker exim.conf versions. These will prevent a lot of things you don't want.

I guess "my-da-domain.com" is your domain name, right?

You must add an SPF record for your domain. It will not block them, but will inform the recipients that they are sending from unauthorized smtp server and therefore they will be blocked as spam in most of the mail servers.

Exim should block spoofed local mail. You still can best use the latest spamblocker exim.conf file.
However, this won't prevent spoofed mail to other mailservers. That's what SPF should prevent. If that is not sufficient (not all mailservers block on wrong SPF records) then it's wise to also use DKIM records.

If the receiving mail server does not care about the SPF record, then it will receive the e-mail just fine.

Try sending to gmail to see if you can spoof it.

That's what I said?

So it's logical that mailservers which don't care about SPF, don't block, so spoofed mail will be received.
