Blockcracking 1.8 breaks sending

After update to Blockcracking 1.8 I get the following errors when sending:

Code:

Process failed (1) when writing error message to ...: Child process of spamcheck transport returned 2 from command: /usr/sbin/exim
Process failed (1) when writing error message to ... (frozen)

Downgrading to 1.7 resolves the issue and the messages go through fine.

OS: FreeBSD 11.1

Try recompiling spamassassin and updating the exim configs with build.

I presume you have exim.pl version 23? I had the same problem and this fixed the issue.

It is actually #VERSION=21

I will try recompiling later that evening.

After

./build update
./build exim_conf
./build spamassasin
./build blockcracking

it works.

It is actually #VERSION=21

You need Version 23, that's also stated in the announcement. I had still issues running it with version 21.

Then ./build blockcracking should not update if exim.pl does not match...

Correct, but unfortunately it does. Seems there is no check build in.
