New Security checks added to CB2.0, rev 1747

Just a heads up, that I've added some extra checks in CustomBuild 2.0 to help ensure you've address know security issues on your server.
They'll show up with the output of:

Code:

./build versions

and you can either address them manually based on whatever they say, or have CB2 attempt to address them for you with:

Code:

./build update_versions
