Emails are not sending out

Hello Guys,

Im new to direct admin and have a problem with emails.

I have added a domain to my DA and made a info mailaddress.

When i login to roundcube i can receive the welcome emails and other emails from my gmail or other domain. When i try to sent out emails it's not working.

In the exim mailog i get this:

[email protected] is not a email that is real because the domain is websitesvoormkb.nl

Hope someone can help me out.

Hello Marlon,

TransIP (from which you ordered a VPS) blocks outgoing connections to remote SMTP port 25 for new VPS, you can open it in their control panel. It might be so that you need to contact them if you are not allowed to open 25 by yourself.
