Hi,

I've got this issue that on most of our servers the roundcube updates keeps being shown as an update.
How can we solve of this issue?

Hello,

If Roundcube fails to update it would mean that either or both PHP and MySQL versions are too old for new Roundcube. You should either update PHP/MySQL to stable versions or disable roundcube from updating.

Hi Alex,

Thank you for your reply, I now understand that I forgot to mention, that the installation succeeded.
None of the other updates remain in the list to be updated.
Roundcube has been for many months and versions.
So it always seems like the server is not up to date, while in fact it should be.

If you have too old PHP and/or MySQL you won't get Roundcube updated. Custombuild will re-install Roundcube version 1.2.5 with the notice:

RoundCube 1.3.x cannot run on php 5.3 or older. Downgrading RC to 1.2.5

So you need to scroll console up in order to see the notice.

What PHP version do you have as a default? What MySQL version you have?

Hi Alex,

Thanks for your reply, I'll check for PHP 5.3 as secondary php version
