Problem with counting bandwidth on few accounts

    Hi,

after migrate to another VPS I have problem - on only few users account DA don't count bandwidth - showing 0.
On other account it's no problem.
Of course on non-counted accounts is traffic.
    Latest DA, Debian 9x64.
    Any suggestion?

I noticed the same problem, was going to create a topic for asking. I am using CloudLinux 7, also with the latest DA installation.

Ok, I believe that I found the reason: those users are not in the user list of admin (or a reseller who created those accounts). For fixing, go to /usr/local/DirectAdmin/data/users/admin and edit file users.list. Adding the missing users then rerunning tally. The bandwidth is calculated now.
