MariaDB-common-10.1.28-1.el7.centos ########################################
Failed to execute operation: Too many levels of symbolic links
Ensuring local-infile is disabled for security reasons in MySQL configuration file...
Giving mysqld a few seconds to start up...
Phase 1/7: Checking and upgrading mysql database
Processing databases
mysql
mysql.column_stats OK

then the end

cp: '/usr/lib/libmysqlclient.so' and '/usr/lib/mysql/libmysqlclient.so' are the same file
Restarting MySQL.Done!

So is this BAD?

As far as I know it is normal. On all my servers I see this message before restarting MySQL.

Same here, as long as I remember I see it every time during an upgrade. Asked it a while back what the symlink error was but didn't get a response.

Yup thanks

Bedankt dus.

Ja mogelijk eerder gezien, maar door de vele updates en kernel probs enz kijk ik nog secuurder en vraag (teveel) na. ;)

Yes proably but because of the many updates as kernel ( and probs ...) and and i look deeper and more often in such now asking then in forum to be sure. ;)
