Unable to login into my email account from Roundcube or Microsoft Outlook

Hello Guys,

Please help me. I am unable to login into my any email accounts across all user accounts.
I have just upgraded my server and since then I am unable to login into any of the email accounts.

Please can you help me how to identify the problem ?
Which logs can I check?

The error in the roundcube log is this line

AUTHENTICATE PLAIN: Internal error occurred. Refer to server log for more information
 in /var/www/html/roundcubemail-1.3.3/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_imap.php on line 196

I do not know where should I check further and how to fix?

Any tips. Please help
 
service httpd restart

that will solve you. Try Restarting Apache service.

I have NGINX & PHPfpm.
I restarted them and it didnt help.

Plus It has nothing to do with roundcube. I cannot login even using Microsoft outlook

If the tip from Awd doesn't work, check your exim logfiles and post the error notice which you get when trying with Outlook.

Rebuilding dovecot fixed the issue. Didnt know what the issue was but rebuilding fixed it. :)
 
Oh that's odd. Didn't know Dovecot had something to do with Roundcube. But I will remember this.
