2 users same public_html folder?

hi,
im trying to have 2 users wieving same public_html folder
something like this...
1. user "has it own public_html"
2. user should have public_html from user 1
tryed to create a symbolic link....but for user 2. whatever i tryed i get =>You don't have permission to access / on this server.

i also tryed on admin level for custom HTTPD for user 2
|?DOCROOT=/home/user1/public_html/|

not working...
HELP!?

found a fix...
deleted user 2 and added domain to user 1
now all is good

But important to know for whom that can.

OS and version of OS so also other Software if using for example SUEXEC https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_unixd.html#suexec

SElinux and so more???

Symlinks won't work in Apache between different users because of:


in options.conf with which Apache is built. That's a security matter.
