Let's Encrypt not renewing

Hello all,

I got a message in my mail client that the certificate had expired. I checked the certificate and it was valid until yesterday.

So I checked the SSL section. It stated that autorenew was enabled and that the certificate would expire 22 April. I could not renew it manually by entering a task to the queue. Obviously, there were no messages indicating a failure, as the expiry date was in the future.

Has anyone experienced this? I am using version 1.0.19.

I solved it by creating a new certificate. But I would like to know what caused it.
 
I also encountered this recently...... I had to move the account to a new reseller, but no doubt it wasn't the reason.
 
Think I mentioned it earlier as well, but your script should be a default item in the DA panel.
