Subject Prefix and Content-type fields on Autoresponder message

Hello,

I'm trying to implement the Subject Prefix and Content-type in our customers admin panels.

From what I'm able to tell so far the API seems to be ignoring these fields. Whilst debuging (directadmin b2000 mode) I found that the strings are sent to DirectAdmin correctly but it would seem that it is ignoring these variables.

Has there been an oversight in the CMD_API_EMAIL_AUTORESPONDER part of the API or am I missing something obvious?
