Why, just why?

[ssl:warn] [pid 1200:tid 140276344289088] AH01909: www.[subdomain].[domain]:443:0 server certificate does NOT include an ID which matches the server nameb
I know it's just a warning, but a www. on a sub-domain doesn't make sense anyway, especially now days.

Does this just irritate me?

Some people use www, others not, so therefor it is needed. Also if you create a sub domain as a regular domain, and then install a certificate from Let's Encrypt, then as default it is needed to have www

Ok, so it just irritates me, I'll let it slide.....

Even if you add a sub-domain as a main domain, who really would bother typing www
