Hi,

For some reason I'm receiving this error when I trying suspend a account:

Unable to rename /etc/virtual/domain.com to /etc/virtual/domain.com_off Directory not empty

Any suggestion?

What does /var/log/directadmin/error.log say? Something like this?

2018:04:06-11:40:22: While suspending domain: domain.com : /etc/virtual/domain.com_off already existed, so deleted it before moving the original
2018:04:06-11:40:22: Error killing processes for user :

Try checking if /etc/virtual/domain.com_off already exists, rename it temporarily and try to suspend the user again.

I created /etc/virtual/domain.com_off myself to try and replicate your issue. Not sure why it already existed on your system. Perhaps you suspended the account already in the past and /etc/virtual/domain.com_off didn't get removed properly?
