Only one httpd log is not being rotated

All log files in /var/log/httpd/domains are rotated normally except one particular domain which I fount that it is growing since one year. Permissions and ownership are no different.

What could be the reason for that?

Do you see the domain in Directadmin interface? Domain's properties can be modified at user level?

Yes. I see nothing wrong suspicious in DA.
