80 users have no mail complaints. One user/domain simply can't make a POP connection. The Dovecot error logs say Dovecot cannot locate the user account to complete authentication.
Deleting and restoring the mailbox(s) in DirectAdmin changes nothing. Creating an entirely different mailbox on the same domain/user account also fails.
I hesitate to climb into the Dovecot configuration files for fear of a conflict with DirectAdmin.
Any suggestions?
