Cron options are displayed when disabled

Cron job creation options are displayed even if Cron is disabled for the user.

Cron section dont have sample commands displayed like the old skin:

    Sample cron commands:
    /usr/local/bin/php /home/dom/domains/domain.com/public_html/script.php
    /usr/local/bin/curl --silent http://www.domain.com/cron.php > /dev/null
    /usr/bin/wget -O /dev/null http://www.domain.com/cron.php
End Times - Now! video (turn on English/French subtitles)

Suggestions are now shown when clicked on "?" near "Create Cron Job". User cron job URL shouldn't be shown if cron is disabled for the user. May you check if you still see it?
