    Exclamation Cannot Create Account

    When I tried to add a new user/reseller "user05" it shows:
    Code:
    That username already exists on the system
    Even there was no "user05" on my user list.
    Any ideas would be very appreciated.

    It might be that the user is created but it is not in the DA user list.
    You can check the /etc/passwd file:
    cat /etc/passwd | grep user05

    If the result show a user existing in the system you can use this to recreate the users list in DA:
