Admin-user can't delete own user subdomain with Evolution skin

logged in as admin: one of the domains on user-level has a subdomain I'd like to delete.

I get the message

Could not execute your request
You do not own that domain

I changed back to the old skin and I remove the subdomain

It seems that this doesn't work with the Evolution skin....?
