No sort applied to Mail Queue Administration by default, meaning randomized returns

In Enhanced, the MQA will default to ascending chronological order when displaying mail in the MQA. (Command will always start as CMD_MAIL_QUEUE?sort1=2)

In Evolution, no sort is applied by default and so the mail will randomly display itself. This isn't so bad when you only have <=20 e-mails in the queue since the default is to show 20. If you have multiple pages then you will have inconsistent results because the queue will be displayed randomly every time you change a page.

This was a lot worse when the sort option wasn't actually working, though that's been fixed now.

There should still be some type of sorting applied by default though to prevent the randomized results issue.
