What is your back up plan?

Im running Direct Admin (and loving it) on a VPS. I have several domains and wanted to start off site backups. In the past I used Wordpress Plugins to backup to DropBox but now Im thinking about non-Wordpress files as well. Does anyone backup their entire server? What's your process?

As a hosting company, we backup all clients (who are on shared hosting) remotely via reseller accounts (I find breaking up accounts into reseller accounts easier) daily (overwrite previous days).... Then we use the Admin backup for system files every 4 days.

Thanks Peter. Is there any particular offsite service you use? Im considering BckupDragon or using another VPS hosting provider. Or do you just Rysnc or FTP to other internal storage? Im trying to see what is out there and identify best practices.
