Before I start, I'd like to point out that I am extremely new to creating websites, so my apologies for any newbie questions in advance.
I am trying to create a website via Wordpress and followed the first steps regarding connecting to the ftp server and uploading the starter content. However, I keep getting the following message:
Not Found
The requested URL / was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I then tried to delete all the Wordpress files and only upload a single picture, which I see in the File Manager, but again I keep getting the same message. There is also a .softaculous file in there that keeps re-appearing after deleting it.
So, in the top folder, only the files ".softaculous" and "mio.jpg" are located. However when I go to oyamii.com/mio.jpg the message appears.
Any idea on what I am doing wrong? Am I missing some steps?
