REST API availability config in directadmin

Hi guys, How could I config "REST API availability" for wordpress in directadmin?

I check it with one Heath chek plugin and it said that
The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30000 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received
