User and Domain not displayed on the Users list

The missing domain begins with a number.

I assume this is causing that it is not displayed on the Evolution Users List?
 
I was unable to reproduce the problem. Are you sure the domain/user is shown in enhanced?
 
Yes, it's there with Enhanced skin, but not visible in Evolution.

The user and domain is the latest that I have added to te system.

When you're in enhanced skin, may you append ?json=yes to the URL request and then send the output of it in PM? (please also name the domain name in problem). Thank you!

Evolution skin currently do not remember the amount of items user wants to be displayed. Its now always 20 items per page....

And the user chosen value should be saved to the server and not in to a cookie.

It's been fixed into the latest version of the skin. Thank you for the report. Default is now configured/set in directadmin.conf: https://www.directadmin.com/features.php?id=2356
