HI. I tried to install Varnish for Apache on Debian,
but all guides are not compatible with Debian 9 and Direct Admin configuration files (ports, conf files that overrides default Apache configuration).

Do you have any 100% working guide - to install Varnish over Apache 2.4 on Debian 9 or Apache+Nginx + Varnish that is supporting SSL?

Thanks

Hello,

I don't have information on whether or not a full guide exists. Some basic changes you should apply in order to start routing traffic to Varnish can be found here: https://help.poralix.com/articles/nginx-varnish-apache-on-directadmin (the guide does not cover installation process of Varnish in full, the guide does not cover configuration of varnish at all)

Installation guide of a needed Varnish version can be found on their official site: https://varnish-cache.org/docs/trunk/installation/index.html
That's the only right place to start searching from.

Why to answer if the answer is not related to the question?
Your "guides" are not touching the problem. I asked about full guide, and guide for Debian, you answered with CentOS guide, that is not related to Direct Admin and Debian.

At least the guide I've suggested lists all the changes that needs to be done on the DirectAdmin's side.

A guide on how to do a default installation of Varnish can be found in their documentation.

A default configuration for Varnish for a particular CMS (i.e. vcl for WooCommerce, WordPress, etc) can be found on a CMS's site or even generated by a CMS.

I hope there is a full guide which covers all you want on a single web-page, and you are welcome to wait for somebody else to answer your question.

Good luck ;)
