Is is possible to create a separate Email Only Server?

I have been using DirectAdmin for a while now. I am just wondering whether it is possible to create a "sub" server which can handle only emails?

Here's the use case:
Main Server - Servers HTTP and MySQL powered by SSD
Mail Server - Serves mail powered by HDD

This would help us to save a lot of cost and we could be able to provide lot of mailing space to our users. Please do let me know how this can be achieved.
