daily backup with 2 days backup repository

Just migrated over from cPanel and I've been searching on how to set up daily backup keeping 2 days of backup repositories using the admin panel cron schedule without any real success.

For example:
Backup Mon and Tue, then on Wed's backup the repositories would be Tue and Wed, and on Thu's backup the repositories would be Wed and Thu, etc.

How can this be accomplished via the admin panel?

do you backup remote (ftp) or local ??
