Error with getFtpFile - Remote Restore

I want to move a 60 GB directadmin backup to the new machine. But remote restore shows the following error.

What is the solution?

Error with getFtpFile:
/usr/bin/ncftpls returned error code 1
Invalid reply: "SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_7.4"
ncftpls: cannot open xx.xxx.xxx.xx: invalid reply from server.
