No, I tried to add a new domain in user mode. I tried all the methods. However, my license does not allow this operation. I bought the license yesterday. Is it possible to get a refund? smtalk Administrator Staff member Joined Aug 22, 2006 Messages 10,628 Location LT, EU Nov 14, 2019 #4 You’d need to create a ticket on tickets.directadmin.com for this. It shoud allow creating 10 domains though, and if you think it has a bug - you’re also eligable for support.
