If you don't have root access to this server and are not the administrator, get your hosting company to do it
I am the sysadmin -- my biggest concern is why this wasn't set properly by DA? Reading throughout these forums, it seems that most of the fixes are little things that require root access to go in and fix. Make a symlink here, chmod this, rename that. All this stuff is supposed to be done by DA, that's why I'm paying for a control panel and not doing it all manually.
