See subject. Can't view login history file because of error:

"Unable to read login history file"

Make sure that the login.hist file is properly chmoded and chown'd in the corresponding user directory that can't view. /usr/local/directadmin/data/username

If you don't have root access to this server and are not the administrator, get your hosting company to do it ;)

I am the sysadmin -- my biggest concern is why this wasn't set properly by DA? Reading throughout these forums, it seems that most of the fixes are little things that require root access to go in and fix. Make a symlink here, chmod this, rename that. All this stuff is supposed to be done by DA, that's why I'm paying for a control panel and not doing it all manually.

All my installations set up ready to go.
What Operating System are you using?

Did you get the problem fixed?

Hi You cant view login hits before user login. User first must logon to this account then you can view login hist. Sorry for my english...
