help! Instead of a form I see HTML-code in browser!

Hello, I need to have a forum on my website. I'm using a site that guides you through the installation of a standard forum. At a certain point, you need to fill in a form in the webbrowser (the file install.php). But when I open this file, I only see HTML-code (see pic below). Does anyone know what I must do so I can see the userinterface and fill in this form? I already explained my problem on another forum, but they said that this host does not support PHP, which is not the case of course. And another thing: how can I upload this forum to phpMyAdmin?
