I need to install Magic wand for PHP for one of my websites. How can I get that done. Does the server support that?

Let me know asap.

If this is the item you're talking about, all that is is Javascript that you add to an html file. That's the only Magic Wand that comes up on the first 10 pages of a Google Search that i can find. If it's not, a link to the item would be helpful.

hello

No Magicwand is an image gallery script written for Php. As the decstiption says

"
MagickWand for PHP is a native PHP interface to the new ImageMagick MagickWand API.

It is an almost complete port of the ImageMagick C API, excluding some X-Server related functionality, and progress monitoring.

The functionality of the MagickWand API is pretty much unparalelled in the PHP imaging world, allowing the PHP programmer read/write/manipulate access to multiple image formats, along with vector drawing, pixel-level manipulation,
and special effects capabilities and more.

Actually I am installing ImageMagick from http://www.imagemagick.org to use this in my photogallery and wallpapers based website. This script is basically used for creating the different sized wallpapers when they are uploaded and creating the thumbnails.

Kindly let me know if that can be installed in my reseller hosting so that I can install my script and get something out of that.

They may already have it installed

If my thinking is correct, isn't ImageMagick part of the standard Linux install. I know I have it on my RH 9 boxes at home and I didn't put it there. :)

ImageMagick is not part of a standard RHL or RHEL server install. It should be installed as part of a standard desktop install.
