That depends where it's coming from.

It's probably not coming from your server but from the server getting the 550 from your server.

I believe you can create an explicit deny acl (access control list) in your /etc/exim.conf file, using lookups to verify that the user doesn't exist in any domain on the server first.

Otherwise the default acls installed with the standard DA version of exim.conf should return a "Relay Denied" error.
