We just noticed today, suspending the reseller does _not_ suspend the users within that account.

Possibly a bug in the newest version?
This is 1.242000

By what method are you suspending the resellers?

What Operating system are you running?
Has this always been a problem? (i.e. did it work with previous versions of DirectAdmin?)

Suspend via the Admin control panel - checkbox, suspend.

There's really not any other way to suspend a reseller, is there? This is how we've always done it.

What Operating system are you running?
It's happening on RH9, FC2 and Cent 3.3 - dont really think it's a platform dependent issue as it's a DA function, but maybe not an issue in Debian.

Yes, it previously worked fine... not sure when it stopped, but there were a couple other reseller issues for the last bugfix, my suspicion is that it started at that point, because last time I really looked, it was working fine.

I appear to be seeing this as well.

Hello,

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. The "Show All Users" will suspend the Reseller as a User, thus his Users don't get suspended. If you suspend the Reseller from the Admin Level -> List Resellers page, then the Users will get suspended. I'll add this to the versions system, as the Reseller should always be treated as a Reseller.

John
